The Mark Sullivan Animal Care Foundation (MSACF) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Indiana. In conjunction with Eastside Animal Hospital, the Mark Sullivan Animal Care Foundation helps provide support to the elderly, the disabled and those suffering from a financial crisis who don't have regular access to veterinarians or struggle with the financial burden of pet ownership. MSACF will provide assistance for basic yearly health care, prescriptions and/or treatments for a variety of illnesses, and hospice services for those animals nearing the end of their life as an alternative to immediate euthanasia.
The Mark Sullivan Animal Care Foundation was founded in December 2014 after the death of Mark J. Sullivan as a way to continue the memory of a beloved friend and family member whose compassion for all animals was apparent to everyone he met . The love and companionship Mark experienced through his own pets over the years fostered a strong belief that everyone benefits through daily interaction with pet family members. It is this principal belief that drives the Mark Sullivan Animal Care Foundation's mission of keeping pets healthy and in the arms of their family members even during trying situations.
In 2015, the MSACF has been able to assist 12 individuals and it is our goal to significantly increase that in 2016. Services provided included yearly shots, tooth extraction, surgery as a result of a gun shot along with others. As a group consisting of 100% volunteers, ALL money donated will go directly to help the pet-families. If this sounds like a cause you would like to support, please donate and help us help those in need.
